I thought it was time for a blog template change. Been thinking about it for a while, tired of the snowy one (although it is pretty). I thought this one would be a good compromise, living 'in between the seasons' right now.. still chilly looking, but the flowers remind me of the promise of Spring!
I have a full shelf of Christmas mugs which get used Dec 1 till early January. Then they are 'shelved' and the regulars come out -- all but the ones which remind me of Spring. Those must wait a little longer. I am so ready for them, but they aren't being brought down to 'the main shelf' until about March 1st. Will March come in like a lion or like a lamb? No matter, it's coming in with flowery, happy, cheerful mugs around here.
Are you a seasonal mug person? Do you have a favorite mug or cup? Here's a glimpse of one of my favorites, along with one of my favorite journals.
Speaking of journals, I have too many! And it drives me crazy!
Haven't blogged for a while, but I have been journaling!
I wonder if I'm the only one with a disorganized writing life.

Twenty years ago I was an avid journaler. I wrote in large spiral notebooks like most of yours in the stack. They were primarily spiritual journals. I've lost them all now. Would be wonderful to look back on if I could.

I think here March is going to come in as a lion. We are getting cooler temps than we have had in a bit and I see snow is forecast for the weekend. I have several favorite mugs but we perhaps only have 15 mugs in total. The ones I like are the bigger ones that can make a full cup of coffee with the Keurig machine. I do paper write journal, but one at a time. Just don't know what I'll do with them when I pass (well it won't be my problem, but I need to tell hubby what to do with them). Probably burn them since I'm not sure he could read my writing or want to read my words.
