When you're as small as a chihuahua, you have a lot of experience with limitations.
Enzo can't even jump up on our bed without a little help. Once we hold him and begin to lift him, he pretty well flies out of our hands onto the bed. It's like he self-propels once he feels a little bit of support. His limitations don't stop him from trying. Sometimes limitations simply mean that we need to ask for a little bit of help.
Enzo reminds me that it's amazing what can be accomplished with a little help!
As Mr. Rogers said if we find ourselves in a scary (or tough) situation:
"Look for the helpers. You will always find people who are helping.”
Stopping by from the A to Z Challenge. I've read several of your posts and have really enjoyed them. I'll be following you through email. Congrats on your progress with the challenge. www.dianeweidenbenner.com
ReplyDeleteWe built stairs for our corgi to go up and down on the bed. He got the down stairs concept but couldn't get the up stairs concept. So we helped him in those situations :)

limitations and levitation, apparently!
ReplyDeleteIt's good to be reminded that it's ok to ask for help.
Happy A-Z'ing.
